Would like to find part #8?

My '08 R1200RT does not have a BMW roundel inbetween the hand grips.  The diagram shows one on '05- thru '09, but it doesn't list the part in the part breakout list.  Anyone know if this part is available, and what the part number is?  I just have up to part #7, the blank cap.

If you ask for one for a 2010 you will see the Part No.  It gives 2 numbers the first includes the necessary seal.  Two numbers are 31 42 8 538 451 and 31 42 7 708 518.

Thanks, but that gets more confusing.  The attachment shows:
Part #8 Badge (591) @ $39.86 
Part #8 Plaque (451) @ $100.73
Part #9 Badge (518) @ $23.51
Part #10 O-Ring (054) @ $3.86
I assume I need part number 8, but there are two prices that are considerably different.  And if I add up 9 and 10, they are cheaper than part 8. 


I guess it's a good thing I'm not a parts counter guy.

Don't take any notice of the prices on Real OEM which is what the list is.  Your bike did not have the badge from new , that's why it's not shown.  You therefor might need the seal.  Just ring a dealer , he will give you the proper price.
