Server moving ...

Post by STeinar »

into new operating system and hardware :-)

Well - not to far, but changing unix variant - and server structure.
Now when I stopped most of my websites - and only have 3 left - I don't need all the hardware anymore - and removing all but 4.

Only keping 4 rack servers and using vmware to run a number of virtual servers.

You should not see any differences  ^-^

But - server could be down for a short time - tonight !!  (14/15. Jun 2016)

Well - transition made ...
Had a few minutes to spare - and under the preparation - I found that I could probably do it at the same time.

Please report if you find something that is not working as it should ?
