I will be buying a new RT next March (17 plate) and was after opinions on if it would be good idea to try and set up some sort of group buy club with the aim of getting a discount or other benefit.
Has this been tried on here before?

You might find that you will be able to negotiate discounts on things like the GPS and clothing when you buy a new bike. Don't think dealers would be interested in some kind of bulk buying discounts. But you never know.

Re: Group order
Thanks for the reply.
The basic idea is a simple one and there is now a car version where dealers compete for your trade against other dealers. There is no reason to stop at a new bike either. What about helmets, gloves and accessories etc?
It's all a bit pointless of course if nobody intends on getting a new bike next year.

I was born with nothing and unfortunately I still have most of it left.
Re: Group order
Thousands of car dealers, a handful of BMW bike dealers. Best of luck with that. If you are buying an RT next year the best way not to get any type of deal on it is to try and play one off against the other.
