RT-P / blood bike conversion kit

I'm currently toying with the idea of changing my silver 2009 RT-P to a 2 seater with bigger luggage.
However to fund this rather expensive foray, I'll need to sell off the existing slim/top loading panniers with brackets and rear hump.
My question is, aside from sticking it on eBay and hoping for the best, is there a known demand for such a conversion that someone would want to convert to a single seat?
Any advice or help appreciated!
