A meet up is being arranged at Tewkesbury for the weekend of Saturday 8th July 2017.

Shirley & I are booked for Sat. & Sun., the idea being it would leave Sunday for a look around the local area.
We would consider booking the Friday or Monday night too, to make more of a weekend of it.
We will be travelling from Ingleby Barwick, looking at doing Morton (near Matlock) & Meriden (near NEC Birmingham) on the way down or back.

So having met the guys at the Southern meet today and ascertained they are a reasonably normal bunch, I have booked this evening for the 7th and 8th July.

Maybe Travellodge would rebrand as 'BMW' for the night, which would of course make it perfect :))

All works of cookies, more interest shown price goes up, I've booked groups on Easyjet flights for years, you'd think more interest the price would come down, but sadly works the other way.

There is a Morrisons just down the road (A438) with a petrol station & café.

Shirley & I have now booked Friday 7th for 3 nights, all at the flexible rate.
Travelodge have confirmed, if any or all nights are cancelled, a full refund will be paid back into our bank account.

Out of interest, where are folks travelling from in the UK to get to Tewkesbury & how far is it.

Mike & Julie from Nantwich = 100 miles due South direct. Most probably wind down thru Shrewsbury & Hereford = 130.
