Post by GJ-MOTO »

Can someone confirm if the RT clutch system Is a wet or dry clutch system?

What sort of mileage you would expect to get from the clutch plate.

Thanks

Dry until the LC models, which are wet.

Also the wet clutch on the water cooled RT's are at the front of the engine so somewhat easier to replace unlike the dry clutch which is a major strip down to replace.

As far as longevity of the clutch is concerned, I have 170,750 miles on my 08 RT dry clutch so far.
