Another southern meet up/ride out?
The weather is a bit on the mild side down here at the moment so why not sort out another meet up soon?
Let's show those northern "girlies" that we can ride when it's cold as well.
We need some suggestions as to dates and times so that we can get as many together as poss.
Heated gloves at the ready ....
I was born with nothing and unfortunately I still have most of it left.

Great to see a meet up/ride out being posted "Darn Sarf", it's still "Grim Up North".

Good idea Kevin.
Whiteways at Bury Hill is always a good meeting place for Bikes.
Or the Sea Lane cafe at Goring has a good view and a good car park.

Would be nice to say hello in person, Arundel is a couple of hours ride for me, but if I'm free I'll be along.

Their coffee is horrible, but their burgers are really nice. Works for me.

Is that the "Box Hill" meeting place, called in when we had a run from the Ace Café to Brighton.GuzziRick wrote:Rykas Café, always a good place to meet up.

Yep Rykas is at the bottom of Box Hill. The Ace Cafe is another good meet, just the roads around it can be crap.

If you know the roads enough to plan a route avoiding the 40mph plague of the Surrey Hills, Ryka's (Box Hill) to Bury Hill (Whiteways) is a really fun ride. In fact you can organise it to include one of the best kept secrets in the South East - Plaistow Road...
Re: Another southern meet up/ride out?
Views from Zig Zag Rd this time of year are good if you are considering Rykas. More so if it's a bit chilly, it keeps the cyclist away.
Prefer secret location hope your bringing the new GS Richard.
