Bogs and misfires while accelerating when warm

Hello out there!

My baby is a 2005 R1200RT and it's starting to bog and miss around 5000 RPM under acceleration.
I had the dealer run their diagnosis and they did not detect anything out of the ordinary (and it cost me a ton).

I do not believe it's a fuel issue because the problem goes away at lower RPMS and when the engine is cool.

Very frustrating.
Does anyone have any advice while I have it all apart?

Needs a service or you have a coil issue.

Buddy had same issue on a 06 upper plug coil was failing under load. Biggest issue was  finding out which one

Had this problem with a 1995 CBR600, turned out to be the regulator rectifier, not sure if your version has one.

A real outside shot.  My old Triumph used to do that and it turned out to be a blocked tank fuel breather.  It was fine when cold, but after running for a good while a partial vacuum would form in the tank.
