Where do you store bike's staff?

Greetings all of you! I 've just traded my '08 RT with the new one and I 'm very happy with the ride. Though I can't find a solution where to put the bike's staff, that on the '08 model could hide under the seat.
When I write staff I mean things that always stay in the bike, such as:
1. Tire repair kit
2. First aid kit
3. License&paperwork
4. ABUS Alarm Disc Lock
All these could lie inside the cases, but when I m fully packed for long journeys, just cant stay in the middle..
Where do you store them?

For myself & the 2010 RT, here is how I do it:
1) For tyre repair - I would use the BMW roadside (We have a permanent roadside for the first owner! :))
2) I use two First Aid kits. The first in a soft case is fitted in the glove compartment. The second is in the 49l top box.
3) Licence & paperwork. Carried on myself.
4) Abus disk lock (& Chain lock) also in top box.
When I travel, I pack all my clothes etc in the side panniers. the top box is used as a storage place for drinks, food etc, repository for the handbag of the wife, and other necessities.

I store mine behind false speakers, two screw to undo and lots of space provided no radio.

Or even without to undo the two screws after some modifications;

After my 2013 GS - which had loads of storage space under the rear seat - I have struggled with the RT. For me the only way around it is to always have the topbox on the bike, and as a result it has started to gather 'useful' clutter. Currently it contains:
- First aid kit
- Tool kit
- Spare gloves (ventilated Summer ones or intermediate wet-weather ones, depending on which I am wearing)
- Locking cable for securing helmet/jacket to bike
- Wipes for cleaning bugs off my visor
- Medium-sized micro fibre cloth

I also carry the top box permanently - I will never carry a passenger without it, and I also find she looks strange without a topbox!
When I am travelling in the summer, I will also carry either ventilated gloves or waterproof gloves depending on the weather.
During the change of seasons - I will usually carry the next season gloves, in case of necessity.
Best regards

I use a tank bag or handlebar bag depending on how much space I need

I carry my paperwork in the glove box(es), but then a toolkit, brake lock and first-aid kit in the panniers. I borrowed the idea of using a cargo net in the panniers, with a slight modification. Those factory straps that come with the panniers are pretty useless, unless of course you paid $$$ for the BMW liners. They are easily removed with a plastic pin, and then I stretched cargo netting, held with zip ties, across the entire pannier.
I divides it into 2 compartments, but the vast majority of the time I only have mine half full, and it does a nice job of keeping things from sliding all over the place.
