i have BMW R1200RT y.2014 and i think how i make some system for locking NAVI-garmin
i think ,think, made a plan , laser cut, make ,adjust stainless rod.. and here is solution

its work great , if you have original bags central locking system , then joust take my set and you will have perfect safe NAVI LOCKING SYSTEM

its easy to fix it for all BMW R1200RT y.2014+

Problem is the Nav is vonerable on the LC locked or unlocked as it's easy to pry it off.  You will just end up with more than the unit to replace if it's locked on.  That's why the left hand locker is there.  Out of sight, out of mind.

Crikey, that's about $280 Australian. Considerably more than I had imagined.

Unfortunately that's me out as well. It's definitely a 'nice to have' but I'm not willing to spend that much for something I can live without. Good luck with the sales.

Yes, a creative and what looks like a well engineered solution, but suddenly the LH lockable cubby hole below the speaker grille looks very attractive for SatNav storage....!!
