The red looks good ... But then I would say that.  :alas:

For Mars Red read Postman Pat.  Remember it on the R1100RS many years ago.

I remember it from the R80RT, but still thinks red is the dogs  8)

I prefer the Iconic red- not that I would buy one though.

The Iconic is nice as well, but this red is an official BMW colour, rather than a bike painted just for the UK market by 8 ball.

How times change!

I wanted to buy the red RT in 2005, but the dealer persuaded me that I would have trouble selling it on as it would not be a popular colour. The dealers did not order the colour for their showroom bikes either.


If wonder if the standard height screen will be a factory option for the new red RT?

I like my Iconic red :-)

It says that Platinum Bronze Metallic is discontinued. Mine is that colour and naturally, I like it.  Now a collectors item? A vain thought.

Now this is truly remarkable.....  We've got near the bottom of the first page and no arguments over which colour is fastest.....
