Service intervals For 2005 RT

Hi,what are the service intervals For gearbox oil ,clutch fluid & spark plugs on a 2005 RT.
Gearbox oil - every 2 years or every 24,000 miles.
Clutch fluid - is a mineral oil, there is no recommended service interval.
Spark Plugs - both the BMW Maintenance Schedule & Haynes Manual say every 24,000 miles.
On my 2007 RT, the Spark Plugs were changed by a BMW Dealer at 12,000 miles.
I believe the service interval was reduced from 24K to 12K miles.

They can be purchased for less than half this price, at that cost, change them every 12,000 miles.
