Well, I am hunting down the narrow (city) pannier lids for the Wethead.
Hornig supply them - very expensive.
BCD design (Japan) VERY expensive - but I believe Carbon COmposite.  http://www.bcd-design.com/en/catalog-bmw/
A company in the 'States alledgedly does them - http://www.pbhardware.com/SlimCase_pannier_City_lids.htm
Some have mentioned these: http://www.nedplex.fr/city-lids-r1200rt,us,4,R1200rlids.cfm
But, when I have contacted Nedplex, they say, No they don't make them.

So, Who has bought them, and where from?

I will be interested in the ones for the air heads (2010 - 2013).

So far seems like the only option for slim panniers will be the nylon/soft type. saddlebags:

I got mine from Nedplex  they are listed as CouverclesK16[/t][/l]Couvercles K1600 GT/GTL PEINT

I have a 2017 model RT  Cost is an eye watering  Euro 450  but they fitted mine OK  apart from being  little tight on the locking clips  which was cured with a dremel

Can you still navigate to that Nedplex page?
I can't get anything related to these pannier lids on the Nedplex site.
I'd be interested to see if you (or anyone else) can.
However, I think they are EXACTLY the same part as the Hornig offering.

tried to get mine from Nedplex not on his web site
I rang him said he had them in stock  but wouldn't let me pay over the phone & he would upload them on his site
he called me back twice & said he had put them on site but I couldn't find them
I got the hornig ones
Nippy normans had them a while ago but not sure if they still do
