Cardo smartpack

I bought the cardo smartpack about a yr ago, had nothing but issues with it.
Tried persevering with it but boy does it frustrate me.
For the life of me I can’t connect a second Bluetooth device such as a satnav, when I try it disconnects the first device, being my phone.
Downloaded the latest software seems to of made it worse, following the instructions to connect a satnav it automatically starts calling my son on the phone !
The only thing it does properly is the intercom.
Has anyone else bought this unit ?

Had the same problem. First enter the pairing mode by pressing the button for 5 sec. then press the button 2 times. It will then pair the second device.  Hopes this helps.
