Manuals are all available on-line, this is the link to the UK site but probably worth finding the one for you locale.

Seat, best bet is going to probably be EBay or a local breakers unless you want to pay through the nose for a new one from your local dealer.

I have a heated low seat from a 2016 R1200RT. This an OEM seat and perfect with not a mark on it!
Price is £125 plus P&P.
