When I sit on my bike, and am in neutral, and roll the bike back and forth, I hear a noise coming from the driveshaft. Is there a cush between the two halves of the driveshaft? I have greased the front and back splines. The U joints seem OK, (no binding or slop). The noise sounds like rubber that has dried out and is now "creaking". Any help would be appreciated..

Ted Porter's Beemer Shop may have what I need. A driveshaft with grease fittings and rebuildable cush drive.. $650.00

My 05 1200rt sounded just like the one in the video. I took it back to the dealer and when it was taken apart the bearings fell out. A new final drive was fitted.
