Has anyone tried the Mick-O-Peg retractable highway pegs on an R1200RT? I had a set on my Honda NT700 and really liked them for cross-country rides and highway riding. Selling the NT700, I removed the pegs but the mounting brackets don't appear appropriate for the BMW and I'm not sure I want to pay another $310 for another set before seeing if anyone else has tried them.
The attached photo shows the spring-loaded retracted pegs. Placing your feet on them, they extend down and out a bit to keep my calves from the exhaust pipe heat for the most part.
