it attaches to the RT tank rail by Velcro pads and straps - the Velcro pads are shaped to suit the shape of the rail and the straps hold everything in place.  Button-type clips on the pads allow the tank bag to be easily lifted back for refuelling and/or removal if needed.  Everything is included in the sale along with TT's installation instructions
