High Mileage wethead RT - Value?

Hello everyone from the USA - i am looking into a loaded 2014 R1200RT that has been well cared for but is north of 110k miles. Seams to be well maintained by an enthusiast (would not be surprised if he lurks around here). Anything to look out for as these get to higher miles? Any reference on value of such bike or data points to consider?

Ask when the last valve adjustment was done and how many times the final drive has been rebuilt, and when it was rebuilt last.
