R1200RT running problems

Good morning everyone, this is my first ever forum post being a dinosaur in a digital age.
I am generaly very pleased with the bike, it is going in for a warranty repair and I could do with knowing what i need to do if anything about the three issues below, your help will be greatly appreciated.
I previously ran a Yam XS1.1s for nearly 30 years and got used to the torque and faultless engine.
On tick over even with the engine warm there is what feels like a partial misfire, you can feel it and the rev counter fluctuates, is this normal or am i being too picky.
Sometimes when rolling the throttle on from low revs about 1500 there is a hesitation then a strong pull kind of 2 stroke power band in feeling but very brief again am I being too picky being used to a in line 4.
And the last question when I put the bike in neutral and release the clutch there is a rattle in the engine which eventualy partly subsides, as soon as i pull the clutch in it goes has anyone any idea as to what this might be, I have my own thoughts from cars it sounds like worn clutchplate splines however I confess to having no practical experience of these engines and gearboxes.
Any and all help appreciated.
