Found some info. on BMWLT, looks like an option is to use a handlebar RAM mount.
Another idea shown with a Zumo 660 using a steering stem RAM mount.

One of FB RT page had nav above screen looked good but cant remember which group sorry.

aha - works this time. So here's the mount sans Zumo -

Looks like you've used the Zumo XT handlebar "U" bolt RAM mount in a different location. Something like this.

David - yes, the SOS button and the higher brake fluid reservoir make for more congestion on the RHS, plus it's easier to use a finger on the screen with the non-throttle hand.
