High Out of Spec. 24k Valve Clearance Checks on 2016 R1200RT

Bought the bike at 13K. The previous owner had a local Dealer conduct the 12k valve clearance check at 11.6k. Got the paper when I bought the bike. So I believe that the bike had SAT valve clearances when the dealer did them.
I do my own maintenance. Probably should have checked the valves when I bought the bike. I'll take that hit.
Anyway, just checked my valves and they are all on the high side or high out of spec. One Intake Valve was .18mm. Two exhaust were .45mm and one other exhaust was .43mm.
I was wondering if anyone else has seen high clearances and does anyone know the reason for this.
I've done some research and it seems that the BMW goes through a lot of miles before any shims have to be replaced. So I find this strange that I have four valves out of spec. at 24K.
