Bloody Warning Lights !!!!!!

Once again engine management warning triangle (yellow) on constantly and together with SOS indication light , is this another visit to my local BMW dealer ?

In the olden days we'd've hit it with a hammer a few times first,  see if that worked.

When I had that it was a 5 hour software update at the dealership, fortunately under warranty. I've heard of other bikes having to have parts replaced to fix it, very frustrating I agree.
