I added Ilium Works R1200RT WC Bar Risers to my 2018 RT. Highly recommended!

I've got 1" bar risers and the peg lowering kit on my RT, they didn't make a massive difference, but I'd buy them again.

I just plan a comfort break, (P&T stop), every hour or so.

These work for me and they are cheaper. The trick is getting the old ones off ;)

I have a set of bar risers if anybody wants them... personally I'd rather cut away my fairing and attach some clamp on bars to make my chin-on-tank-bag lying position even more comfortable.

I fitted a riders footrest lowering kit as I found the standard position caused my legs to ache on long runs. For me it was a massive improvement considering the small amount they actually lower and move the pegs forward.

I considered handlebar risers, but decided it was too much effort and cost to change a riding position that I already found comfortable.

I'd like to convert my (lowered) pillion pegs to main pegs with a rear set and give myself the full forward position I find very comfortable. Lying face first on the tank bag really makes best use of the cruise control. :)

I got the same feeling before i added raises to my 07. Raised up and backward helped a lot. The problem i have is the height of the peg position. They need lowing even for my short legs but the cost of the lowing adapters is our of my range.

Well, there are these for under £34…
