2023 Poll of Tyre Options

What tyres have you got fitted to your RT.
If not listed in the poll, add them here and I'll see if I can update the poll going forward.
Looks like I should be able to add other tyres, so fire away.
If you change your tyres, the "Allow re-voting:" box has been ticked, it enables users to change their vote.

Sorry, not sure what happened there. Added another tyre and it seemed to reset the votes, please try again.

Editing a poll to add or remove will reset the poll
Editing the poll to edit the options IE change the name or fix a spelling error will not reset it
so if you had 3 options and add a forth then it will reset it
if you had 3 options with 10 extra reserves like below
Option 1
Option 2
option 3
Reserve
Reserve
Reserve
Reserve.....etc etc
Then edited a reserve to show another option then it wouldn't reset it!
Don't ask me why it does this but it does!
If you went this route you would need to tick the box to allow people to change their vote

Ok, I'll add some further options to the max of 20. Yes it'll reset the votes but hopefully for the last time. That should do it.
Get your votes in, they really do count folks.
If your tyre is not listed, just post it here and I'll add it to one of the remaining Options.

Out of interest, what tyres are new 2023 RT's being supplied with from the factory. In the previous poll, Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT's were the most popular. They were probably factory fit at the time together with Metzeler Z8's.

I'll try and add them to the poll. Hopefully, following Stu's advice, it'll work without resetting the 10 votes so far. It worked, happy days.
Let's have some more suggestions and votes for them.
(In the last poll, there were 22 tyres listed of which, 14 were voted for by 107 members).
I know someone who has got Maxxis Supermaxx ST's to fit to his bike but not voted for them yet. Perhaps he is waiting until they are actually on the bike.

I’ve got Michelin Pilot Road 4 fitted to mine, were on it when I got my bike and replaced like for like last year, can’t fault them.

There you go, get your vote in. Michelin Pilot Road 4 GT were the most popular in the last poll are yours GT or not.
Michelin Road 6 GT's are heading the poll this time. I'd be very surprised if it doesn't stay that way.

Hi,
Can you add the Metzeler Roadtec Z8's to the poll? I just put these on my bike and really like the feel of them.
Thank you.

The new ones i saw at the dealers today were shode with Z8. There were new GS in the showroom. 1 had Bridgestones and the other had Michelins on.
Other road models had Road 5's

Interesting that the RT's aren't supplied with the latest Metzeler recommendation of Roadtec 01 SE.

For RT's, the Michelin fitting guide recommends either Pilot Road 4 GT or Road 6 GT.
