Mounting Ztechnik engine protection to my 2020 1250rt.
On the clutch side, the radiator hose sits on the head of the bolt. Am I doing something wrong? Any way to prevent this?

Fig 8 here looks similar to what you have https://www.nationalcycle.com/media/wys ... 57-000.pdf

I'd fit a Dome headed allen bolt so it's more rounded and flush.
The GS 'is' the better bike :-)

Don't think so, just looks like the spacer is bringing the allen head bolt closer to the radiator hose.

An alternative to simbo's suggestion is a flanged button screw which doesn't need a washer.
