Just found a brilliant App for IOS & Android phones. It's called Going Abroad. Covers all the UK and EU countries. Once downloaded you can search the country your traveling in and it will tell you the speed limits, drinking limits, etc. It's more or less a basic one stop App to find the motoring laws across Europe.
