I’ve just bought a pair of Sargent heated seats but the 2 screw in rubber things didn’t come with it, these are to be used when the riders seat is used in the high position,
Coukd some kind soul take a picture and give me the dimensions of these rubber things please so I can make a couple ?. Thanks!.
Also I noticed there are cutouts in the foam in the centre of both seats, these can be felt easily under the covers, is this normal ?, the seat is for a post 2014 1200/1250 and was manufactured in 2016.
Thanks

The cut outs are part of the design, I thought they would be a problem with it but have found the seat very comfortable.
I'll have a look at the rubbers tomorrow & post up.

Just had a look at mine, the two rubber things are used no matter what position the seat is in, low or hight. The diameter is 25mm. Guess you know the thread size.

Thanks for the reply, I wondered if they might have changed the design for the same model , the one I bought has a manufacturing date if 2016.
That's odd, it says to only use the screw in rubbers when in the high position.

, that would be great. The manual has a picture of them but the depth / height of the rubber part would be useful.

I bought my seat used with no instructions. I’ll have another look, could be I’ve been using it wrong for the last 3 years, but it’s been ok
Just had a look and my seat is the same, so I have had the rubber bungs fitted when the seat is in the lowest position, I used to ride with it in the high, so never thought to take them off. Just unscrewed them and will see how it goes. You learn something every day

£2.85 from Amazon and 2 x M6 cap heads, perfect! And now supports the seat on the frame rails In the high position.
Seat has been well used but has cleaned up nice and both heating elements work. Not bad for £200 delivered
