Need troubleshooting help for 09 r1200rt

Need help troubleshooting my 09 1200rt. I have very little power while in all gears. The longer I ride, the more the ability to move forward, decreasing to a stand still almost immediately and the bike begins to heat up rapidly. Initial start up can go 20mph in first, minutes later, struggle to do 2mph. Clutch was replaced months ago seems to shift fine however, the speed remains almost at a standstill when shifting to a higher gear and can not go any faster. Any help is much appreciated.
