New(ish) Newbie!

Post by saxxappeal »

Hello all!

I just picked up my 2016 R1200RT from the dealer in December. I say 'newish' in the title because I'm coming from a 2003 R1150RT, and I put some solid miles on her.

30k miles, the only previous owner is an elderly gent that decided he needed to stop riding. Bike has been well cared for, with all service done on time as recommended, and with maintenance records to prove it.

I'm looking forward to many years with her going forward, maybe we'll finally get that group ride out to Alaska next year!

Welcome to the RT forum.

A couple of things I am interested in - probably not alone in this.

Whereabouts are you?
