Radio & Bluetooth Question

New to me this week is a 2012 R1200RT with 10,600 miles. Hoping for some guidance with (2) issues. Thanks
1.) Radio - will only scan to (2) channels. Is there a way to find / scan / save other channels?
2.) Bluetooth - I’ve read the manual and turned the Bluetooth on, but my Iphone is not seeing the bike’s Bluetooth, to link to it.
