Post by Panman40 »

Ok I’m thinking of an Innov K6 front/rear camera, I want it simple as as I don’t intend fittin anything else to the RT is there an easy way to connect it up on a switched live basis or do I have to spend out on a Fuzebox or ezcan etc ?
Thanks.

As you know i have just bought the K7, and after sorting some problems out i am happy with it.

Just set it up on a switch live and the battery.

The switch live is under the seat by the tuel tank. its the white/red wire.

And if you want all the wiring out of the way, fit the main unit behind one of the speaker covers.

That sounds easy enough, so earth to the battery terminal ?.
Having another look and I’m surprised how physically large the cameras are, do you have any suggestions or pictures on where the best place is to fit them ?.

Dont get the K6.
The K3 or K7 are a smaller size.

I looked into that bracket and apparently, it's for the RT prior to 2021. Is there something like that that will fit my 2021 RT?

Thanks.
