R1200RT low seat compared to R1250RT

Hi does anyone know anything about the RT low seat? Does the R1200RT version fit the R1250RT ?

From 2014 onward (ie 14-24) the seats will fit both the 1200 & 1250 RT.
And upto 2020 most parts will swap between the two.

I know the low seat has very minimal padding and is a pain in the backside after an hour.

I find my low seat comfy on long runs. A mesh cover makes all the difference.
Trust me I am a retired Doctor and lecturer at Oxford University of Structural and Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
