Grease for gear lever and brake lever pivots?

Can anyone advise on the correct grease to use for lubricating both the gear shift pivot and brake pedal pivot. It looks like they've had a white colour grease in the past but they're quite gummy at 45k miles. It also looks like they're lined with a red coloured plastic or ptfe so correct lubricant may be quite important.
Thanks

AFAIK, PTFE is designed to be self lubricating.
Have a look at this thread from R1200GS.INFO,
https://www.r1200gs.info/threads/update ... %20bearing
"Just an FYI in the newest BMW service manual they are recommending that all of the grease be removed from the shift lever itself, the previous versions recommended that you use Staburags NBU 30 PTM grease to lubricate the shift lever (not the linkage) but they have discovered that the grease attracts dirt that damages the PTFE bearing."
"A PTFE-bearing is maintenance free; do not lubricate the bearing."

Thanks for that. I have some NBU 30 so I'll put a film of that on there. It looks like that has been used already.
