Currently using my Xmax 300 for work, nigh on 100mpg with a 3 gallon tank 😊

Front pressure. 2.2 one-up, tyre cold
2.5 two-up and/or with luggage, tyre cold
Rear pressure. 2.5 one-up tyre cold
2.9 two-up and/or with luggage, tire cold

I always run 2.5 front 2.9 rear regardless of pillion or luggage. No issues so far.

Yes that's normal, the ESA only alters the spring rate on the rear shock for ride hight whilst carrying a pillion, the damping is altered with setting button for comfort and sport but it's not really noticeable.

I've always taken them as traffic delays along the route your taking, with the number being how many minutes delay. Could be wrong though πŸ€”
