Recently bought a 2006 1200RT. The ESA preload adjustment is not working. When I change from rider to rider + pillion etc, the shock doesn’t move. It’s pretty clear.
The preload modes change without any error on the screen, but the setting also doesn’t flash when selected.

If you're thing of using the Booster Plug, I'd consider this instead - http://www.sol2.be/Performance/ENG/Order/page_BMW.html £40 plus postage, it's exactly the same thing as the Booster Plug, and a damn sight cheaper! I used one on my K1200 R-Sport prior to fitting a PCIII - it helped, but ...

Hi everyone. My name is luis Correia. I bought last month my first BMW bike. a 2006 1200RT.
Its my second bike that I will usde mostly for long distance touring and weekend getaways with the mrs.
My day to day bike is a kawasaki z900rs.
