Can I have some advice please?

R1250RT 2021 on a trip this morning. Had to stop after an hour of fast A roads and then it wouldn’t start. Barely turning over and wouldn’t catch. Volts reading as 12.0.

I tried it a couple of times and it was the same. Left it 20 minutes and it started fine ...
