Truth is - any peg/board can be scraped if you try hard enough. I toyed with the thought of those boards, but they looked too limiting for ground clearance for my needs. Just be sure to have your suspension settings cranked up and ride that pace they allow.

My new to me 2016RT has an aftermarket horn (loud - sounds like an air horn) installed in the stock location.
Nice clean install but now I understand why the previous owner didn't replace the low-beam center headlight.
The new/larger horn leaves no room to get behind the bulb.
It will be going back ...

Yes - and the shifter has been extended because lowered pegs move your foot out from the bike.
The brake pedal is most likely the same.

Yes - the bike has "Angel eyes".
Looks like removing the right speaker makes getting to the headlight possible.
Since it is the only bulb lit for low beam - I'll get to it soon.

Just brought home a 2016 1200 RT. There is a symbol on the dash - headlight out - and the center lightbulb does not operate either low/high beam.
The two outside lightbulbs operate high beam only. Is the center light the low beam? Do the lights on either side also light up on low ...
