2010 1200rt I've got no clock and the trips keep resetting every time I turn the ignition off any ides much appreciated, everything else on the dash works

Supposed to be reliable aren't they

Hi 2010 1200rt , I've got no clock on the dash , and everytime I turn the ignition off both trips reset to zero , any ideas much appreciated

Hi this is my second ever Bmw ,first one was a R100T, full fairing pop out spot lights panniers etc, most unreliable bike I've ever had (and I've had some shockers) said I'd never have another, but here I am with a 1200rt just because I'm riding to Corfu next year
