Looking for suggestions to modify the grips on my RT. The stock grips are a bit skinny and I end up with numbness and cramps in my throttle hand. I do have heated grips.

My RT has a sport windshield that I'd like to replace. I can go OEM or aftermarket(new to BMW). Any advice appreciated. My riding is usually day trips with a couple of extended road trips during the year.
