Rain is liable to pop up unexpectedly any day in the Spring or fall, The road had just been re-surfaced. Wait a couple of weeks and the potholes will be back. "Sweeping curves"? Not likely! It's 318 curves in 11 miles. Popularly known as the 'Tail of the Dragon'.
