Looking at getting a new helmet.
In the past I had the Arai XD4 on my 1200GS.
Curious if anyone has experience with the E2 (with visor) in their R1200RT.

Yes, I recently bought the E2, I have used Arai for the past few years (Tour 4 & Rapide). Tried the Tour 5 and E2 side by side and went for the E2 and got the comms as well.
I found the cheek pads too tight so bought the thinner ones, now very good fit. Ventilation and visibility is good. It’s noisier than the Arai without ear plugs. I like the sun visor. The peak does affect stability but you get used to it. I find the chin strap digs into my throat a bit, but it’s OK. I went for matt black.Adding the comms was a doddle.
