The RS2's have now done 8,000 miles. In the centre of the tyre, the front is still at 0.5 mm to the TWI and the rear is now down to 1.5 mm to the TWI.

When out today, occasionally, the front end didn't feel quite right. Time to get some new ones fitted.

Fitted to loose wheels and dynamically balance for £5.50 per wheel, a total of £235, inc. disposal of old tyres.

The front has 4mm of serviceable tread to the TWI, the rear has 6mm.

For the record, the current mileage is 51,515.

Off to Aviemore tomorrow, have previously been caught out with the aggressive tyre wear on Scottish roads.
