Side Badges, Are they stickers or bolted in?

Post by GusinCA »

Hi there,

The little side badges on the front fairing (say R1200RT and have a BMW badge). Are those simply stuck on with adhesive or are there bolts through the white plastic?

Thanks!

The side badges are held on with two self tapping screws through from the rear of the fairing panel.

On an R1200RT LC (2014) the badge assembly is held onto the fairing panel by two screws. The rounded badges themselves are held in place by double sided tape.
