Think you have misread or I haven't explained meself properly.
I had a din strait of me battery on the RT to run the desert fox compressor, but for the life of me I couldn't remember which one i had bought.Having read your reply I went to Nippy normans and double checked the draw from the Fox.The din I posted earlier will do the job. What really caught my attention was the jump starting the bike via said din, very handy to know :thumb:

Just a little update on this.I've backed out of the Roadlok after reading varying reviews, last thing I want is having issues with it when abroad. So I've today bought the Hiplock DX1000 that will fit round the front wheel(not the disc but actual wheel)

Cheapest I could find with £45 off the rrp.And can be used bike to bike.

This lovely warm (20C) dry and sunny weather tempted me out for a run to the seaside. Very quiet at Selsey, as the holiday park is not yet open for the season - that will come into force after Easter.

Did a bit of "windmill spotting", before a lunch stop at the Community Café in Fittleworth. They do a superb sausage bap and really good coffee. What's not to like? Well, the potholes, for one! The roads in Sussex are appalling - almost as bad as my native Berkshire and that's saying something!

Managed a very comfortable 165 miles and loved every minute!

The potholes are just insane now pretty much everywhere we go, it won’t be 4x4s soon it’ll be tractors we need.

Nah, born on the Island but escaped after 19 years. The ferry’s way too expensive to live over there! Maybe when I give up biking and re-take up fishing…

Because they have the monopoly. But,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,get a holiday and ferry deal,as my son does when he goes to visit his grandparents, then you can get the crossing for as little as £60 return. When i lived there and worked away, i made sure I only ever got the mail boat from Southampton, was the cheapest way.No idea if it still is :thumb: You used to be able to get a Hovertravel deal where you could park opposite there terminal in Southsea for the weekend, that to has stopped and you have to pay separately. All about the ££££££££'s

It’s the most expensive crossing per mile in the world. There have been numerous complaints over the cost since I was a kid, but they’ve never lead anywhere.

£60 day return for me and a bike, Robbing beggars!
