Does anyone have a Motobatt MHTX16 hybrid battery fitted rated at CCA340, if so how does it perform?
My 1250 occasionally fails to restart after a short ride (10 miles) the TFT resets, leave it for 20 minutes and it will start again as if nothing has happened. This happens with a fully charged Yuasa YTX16-BS that is approx 1 year old now, but was the same 6 months ago, all connections have been cleaned and tightened.
On starting the voltage drops from 12.3 to 11.6v then climbs to 14.4v with the engine idling

Yes. Coincided with my battery letting me down twice,
Replacement is easy, same dimensions.
As you see I also added the pigtail so that I could jumpstart it directly and easily from a NOCO unit.
