300 mile range
300 mile range
Hit my frst 300 mile tankful today. A bit squeeky running on the reserve light from 50 miles down to 6 though. 24.12 litres filled.

Re: 300 mile range
I bought my 2007 rt fairly recently and did not realise the fuel gauge was iffy (it seemed fine to the half full.mark). I ran out of fuel on the M4 but managed to limp to a petrol station. 26 litres went in. So you were pretty low but had a couple of litres left.

Looks like you’re getting 60 mpg … that’s pretty good mileage. I get somewhere around 50 most tanks.
Just gimme just a second here … I am configuring it to “launch mode”!

Don't forget that the Imperial Gallon is 20% larger in volume than the US Gallon.Dugway wrote: Sat May 23, 2026 1:16 am Looks like you’re getting 60 mpg … that’s pretty good mileage. I get somewhere around 50 most tanks.

Re: 300 mile range
Oh, ok 1.2x50mpg=60 mpg, so I guess by my calculations I am right there. I tend to fuel up way more often than a 300-mile interval, but seems as if I were to push it.
