I wonde if the hex 911 will allow me to progam that myself. Seems a bit steep to just plug in... (10 minute job). and I need to do 5 bikes!

The HEX won't do it. I thought the same You need the factory software. The programming ends up disabling a heap of police functionality.

It sounds like your dealer is being a dick.
