Ha! Wasn't sure I believed that until I saw for myself on Google Streetview :-)
Garmin reckons I should be there by 10:30, Google maps thinks 11:00.

Thanks for sorting the bag out for me, Mike - I found your workplace with no problem. Once your colleague remembered why I was there, it was plain sailing.
