Re: What did you do today?
Worse Sunday. Peddle bikes everywhere and those Sunday drivers that sit at 30 mph, whatever the road they're on.
Anyway, went out on the KTM this morning, god does this thing feel like I'm sitting on a little 125cc. Nice to get some cool wind to the body.
Question. Whilst riding the RT, only the RT riders nod at me. Where on the Duke, everyone nods at me. Getting to feel like a bobble head.
I'm very old school i nod, wave at anyone, which may seem a shock to none RT riders coming towards me. I don't even get nods from newer model RT these days.
Why do some BMW owners look down on the non-owners? They seem to all have their fingers up their own rear ends. The GS owner is on their own level with the fully loaded bike that they use for their shopping. It's sort of "look at me with my 2 bojangles sitting on the outside. Look inside their top box, and you will see a scene from Men in black with all those little strange people living there.
Come on, lads were all into bikes with the same interest. Doesn't matter if you ride a junker or the most expensive bike out there. Show some solidarity to a dying breed. Wave, nod, stick a leg out, give me the finger. As long as we acknowledge each other, riders feel happier and in that group.
The sun must have got to me as I'm in a moany mood this afternoon. Time for a cold Pepsi Max. Case closed
